“Service tech came out to do a maintenance agreement on my fully functioning AC. When he left the fan motor, that was working prior to him coming, stopped working. When he came back to look at it he said that there was no power to the motor. He then proceeded to shorted the entire system and fried the compressor. Did this while I was standing there, sparks everywhere, just about electrocuted himself, tripped the breaker and several others in the main panel. Called in another tech because the couldn’t figure out why nothing would work and then had the nerve to tell me that what he did wasn’t what destroyed the entire system. Either Precise will be replacing my AC for at their cost or I will be looking to sue for damages, this AC was working perfectly at the time the tech arrived and after 4 hours of the tech working on it I now have a totally ruined AC, possibly furnace but we haven’t got that far to see what else he ruined.”

“5:50 Am Thursday November 6th, your van driver was headed West on HWY 23 between Foley and St. Cloud. They were in the left lane going well under the speed limit and had several cars behind them starting to drive as if they were frustrated the precise driver wasn't moving over. They were side by side with a slow car in the right lane for quite some time. When your driver did move over, they closely tailgated one of the cars that passed them. The driver now was going 75 instead of 50. I get these things are commonplace unfortunately, but when you are driving a work vehicle with their name all over it. Sure looks bad.”

“My 20+ year old furnace/AC unit was dying a slow death. Precise had been assisting me for several years with small fixes in order to limp it along.
When we decided to replace our existing unit we talked with Lyle and decided to go with an Air Source Heat Pump. Very happy with the unit now that we have experienced both the AC and Heating.
Conner and Shane performed the install and gave me a quick overview of the thermostat. Lyle later returned for a more in depth explanation and registration of the unit.
Replacement of a furnace/AC is not a minor purchase, so who sells and installs the unit is a very big decision. We are very happy with all aspects Precise was involved with!!!
