“Precise replaced our current heating and cooling system with much more efficient units. Also had an air scrubber system added to our furnace and I have already noticed a difference. Lyle really took the time to evaluate the energy loss culprits in our home and by making a few changes (like adding glass doors to our fireplace) we were able to go with a smaller system. It’s amazing how that one change has made our living room so much warmer. Also appreciate Lyle going through our new system with us in great detail and leaving us with an invitation to call him with any questions we may have missed. Thank you for the great service!”

“We had the team at Precise remove 2 existing furnaces, old ductwork, and old A/C unit and install a new furnace/AC, new ductwork, replace old water filters with spin down water filters and installation of new sewage ejection pump. We have an older home with not a fancy basement and a crawl space under the new addition. “Working with Lyle and Shane was a great experience for my family. Lyle took the time to provide a thorough walkthrough and provided a number of options for our new system. There were no hidden fees or tricks. When it came time to schedule the install the Precise team got it right. Shane was amazing with the removal of the old system and the install of the new. All of our floors were covered, and installers / sales reps wore gloves and masks. Their attention to detail is bar none. Even the electrical company chosen did such an incredible job. Everyone completed their tasks as if this were their own personal home or project. Thermostat wires that were in the walls for 19 years were never used or found until this project; this level of attention to detail was appreciated and saved me money in the long run. Placing the AC unit in another location was handled very well. All of the refrigeration / electrical lines were run and hidden from plain site. This my wife really appreciated. I cannot thank Lyle, shane and the owner enough for their support. The system inside and out are quiet and efficient. Investing in such a system took some forethought and monetary investment. All of our HVAC and plumbing needs will be handled by Precise going forward. Thanks again to Precise as a whole for making this project a smooth transition from our old worn out system.”
