“My 20+ year old furnace/AC unit was dying a slow death. Precise had been assisting me for several years with small fixes in order to limp it along.
When we decided to replace our existing unit we talked with Lyle and decided to go with an Air Source Heat Pump. Very happy with the unit now that we have experienced both the AC and Heating.
Conner and Shane performed the install and gave me a quick overview of the thermostat. Lyle later returned for a more in depth explanation and registration of the unit.
Replacement of a furnace/AC is not a minor purchase, so who sells and installs the unit is a very big decision. We are very happy with all aspects Precise was involved with!!!

“On one of the coldest nights so far this winter our furnace start having issues restarting and just clicked. It was after hours and after being turned down by one service company, we gave Precise a call. Our service tech was Shaun, in short order diagnosed that our old thermostat needed to be replace, he had a selection of new ones on hand installed it and saved us from a very cold night. “From the time Alec had to give me the bad news that my boiler either had to have a very expensive part replaced or replace the boiler entirely. You could tell that he felt bad, having to give me such news, after all the money that I had spent trying to keep my old boiler running. I elected to replace the old boiler as I had never been happy or satisfied with it since the original installation. With in a week, Precise had reviewed what boiler would work best in my home gave me an estimate and quickly had it installed as I would be without heat until the old boiler was replace. These guys were very professional and efficient. They also had to clean up the messy set up the previous company did. Now I can get heat upstairs (as this was very difficult with how it was set up previously) and I have a warm bedroom upstairs. I would recommend this company to anyone who truly wants to be happy and satisfied with the work and quality of product. Thank you Precise!”

“I called to place a service call, as our furnace was not working. (I had called our 'regular' company and was told they could get me in in nine days (we pay a monthly fee for priority service – nine days is priority!?). I originally told they could get me in the schedule on Monday, but they were able to come the SAME DAY!! Repaired the problem (which probably should have been caught on the maintenance we just had done 2 months ago) and we have heat. I know it hasn't been that cold yet, but my husband is handicapped and spends a lot of his time indoors – which at 68 degrees is just way too chilly for him. Needless to say, I will be switching to Precise for our maintenance!! And btw – EVERYONE I talked to was so pleasant, its obvious these people care about their clients! YAY everyone!”
