“From the time Alec had to give me the bad news that my boiler either had to have a very expensive part replaced or replace the boiler entirely. You could tell that he felt bad, having to give me such news, after all the money that I had spent trying to keep my old boiler running. I elected to replace the old boiler as I had never been happy or satisfied with it since the original installation. With in a week, Precise had reviewed what boiler would work best in my home gave me an estimate and quickly had it installed as I would be without heat until the old boiler was replace. These guys were very professional and efficient. They also had to clean up the messy set up the previous company did. Now I can get heat upstairs (as this was very difficult with how it was set up previously) and I have a warm bedroom upstairs.
