“Working with Lyle and Shane was a great experience for my family. Lyle took the time to provide a thorough walkthrough and provided a number of options for our new system. There were no hidden fees or tricks. When it came time to schedule the install the Precise team got it right. Shane was amazing with the removal of the old system and the install of the new. All of our floors were covered, and installers / sales reps wore gloves and masks. Their attention to detail is bar none. Even the electrical company chosen did such an incredible job. Everyone completed their tasks as if this were their own personal home or project. Thermostat wires that were in the walls for 19 years were never used or found until this project; this level of attention to detail was appreciated and saved me money in the long run. Placing the AC unit in another location was handled very well. All of the refrigeration / electrical lines were run and hidden from plain site. This my wife really appreciated. I cannot thank Lyle, shane and the owner enough for their support. The system inside and out are quiet and efficient. Investing in such a system took some forethought and monetary investment. All of our HVAC and plumbing needs will be handled by Precise going forward. Thanks again to Precise as a whole for making this project a smooth transition from our old worn out system.”

“We have used Precise twice since the first of this year. First Rick Boyer came and provided us with an accurate estimate for a wall mounted boiler for our in-floor water heat on the lower level. Then we wanted to have some modifications made to our gas furnace for outside combustion air and better cold air returns on the lower level. Shaun Runge came and did a fantastic job. Very polite and very proficient. Ryan Monroe coordinated that project and was very professional. Oh, and the job came in less than the estimate. We will use no other contractor for our plumbing and HVAC service from now on. Tom Graham”

“We were in the unexpected market for a new a/c and furnace installation. We compared and spoke with three businesses. By far, Lyle was the most informative and professional sales person. He took the time to thoroughly review and measure our living space. He explained the various cooling/heating options that would be the most appropriate. We determined the best option for us was to hire Precise to install an air/furnace and ventilation filter system. The option for financing facilitated by Precise was a major plus as we were not expecting this expense. The manufacture quality of the A/C and furnace units were a contributing factor in our decision. The installation by Shawn and Sean on a cold winter day was commendable! They did a fabulous job installing the A/C and furnace units and welcomed questions throughout the installation. Our A/C unit needed to be moved to a different side of the home and placed in a much better location so it took more time being out in the cold elements. They were respectful of our home and ensured that everything remained clean and in order upon leaving. Lyle was present at the start of the installation and returned at the end of the installation that day to ensure everything was correct. He followed up two weeks later to review the thermostat control, air filtration system and furnace functions. Precise will return upon warmer weather to adjust the A/C unit and ensure it is calibrated correctly. Another nice feature is the office staff of Precise will process the EXCEL energy rebates on our behalf and the rebates will be directed to us and not the business. It was NICE to go with PRECISE! Highly recommended!”

“I will try to put into words my deep appreciation for those who worked with me and for me when my furnace developed problems and ultimately had to be replaced. I don’t know the names of all who had a part in keeping me comfortable for the four days I was without heat in the early part of December. I felt nothing but good vibes and concern from the office staff who fit me in on the same day and provided space heaters so I could keep the house reasonably warm, to the technician who tried to get the furnace started, to Lyle who met with me and got the order in for the new furnace and AC (ASAP), to the refund on the circuit board that was not the answer, to the installers who worked all day to install and make sure all was working properly and who left everything even cleaner than it was before they started! I know there is a reason my late husband and I began years ago with your incredible local company. Kudos to all!”
